To install the driver files, perform the following steps:

 1) Click on the Start button on the task bar. Click the "Settings" option.

 2) Click the "Printers" icon.

 3) Double click the "Add Printers" icon on the printers display.

 4) When the "Add Printer" application appears, click on "Next", then
click on the "Have Disk" button.

 5) Select the drive which contains the installation disk, then click on
    the "OK" button.

 6) Select the printer for which you are installing a driver. Click on the
    "Next" button to continue.

 7) Select the port to which your printer is attached from the list of ports
presented in the list box. For example, if your printer is connected
to the parallel port, select LPT1. Click on the "Next" button.

 8) The next screen allows you to customize the printer name. Do not change
this name, this should be left at the default. Select whether you wish
your CalComp printer to be the default printer by clicking on the
appropriate button. Click on the "Next" button to continue.

 9) Select whether you wish a test page to be printed after the driver is
installed by clicking on the appropriate button. Then click on the
"Finish" button to complete installation of the printer driver.

10) While Windows is copying files to the hard disk, it may ask you to
insert your original Windows 95 distribution media. If this media is
not the same as that from which you are installing (such as a CD ROM),
go ahead and insert the Windows 95 media. Then, when Windows says it can
not find the file for which it is looking, select the appropriate drive
into which the Windows 95 distribution media is inserted. Windows should
    then continue with the installation.

11) After installation is complete, you may set default characteristics for
the driver, such as paper size, paper source, and number of copies. To
do this, perform the following steps:

    a. Bring up the printers folder (instructions #1 and #2 above).
    b. Click on the appropriate printer icon (e.g., CalComp ColorMaster

    c. Go to the file menu of the printers folder, and select properties.
    d. Modify any characteristics you wish to change.
